To take a break from work, I did a little wikipedia-ing and found out information about this glorious February 29th day. Apparently it's a tradition that leap years are the only years when women can propose to men without being hussy tarts!. So listen up ladies, take a moment to be empowered! For another 305 days making your own call on who you want to marry doesn't mean your just a cunty strumpet.
